Both homes are managed by the owner with a full complement of both full-time and part-time staff, supported by reputable agency staff as required.
The staff team are a major factor behind the two homes’ ongoing success and reputation. Qualified healthcare professionals are on duty at all times. All staff are carefully selected and trained to a high standard to ensure personalised and dignified care is provided at all times. The majority of care staff hold a minimum of NVQ Level 2 and are encouraged to achieve higher qualifications where possible.
Both the registered manager and assistant manager have over 15 years of experience and boast an array of qualifications. They are supported by a Clinical Lead who is a highly qualified Registered General Nurse with over 44 years of experience.
The business is supported by a part-time Finance Director who is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience.
To ensure that the business has a professional and optimal team of staff available, they take prospective staff through a rigorous recruitment procedure. This includes undertaking a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check followed by extensive training and assessment.
